I always ask myself why I love some people even though they may hurt me sometimes, and when I stay away from them I feel sad! ... Do u know something , In our lives, there are always special people that we treat as if they were ourselves. We love them and wish for them to stay with us no matter what happens. Even if they make mistakes or whatever they do, we will continue to love them! We are not even able to hate them or stay away from them! We always treat them in a special way, as if they are a part of us that should not be separated.... They are usually our family members or close friends! Our attachment to them is natural, and even our inability to hate them is very normal. The times we have spent together, our memories and experiences with them, make it difficult to ignore. Our strong relationship that connects us makes it hard to leave them and cut those ties! ... We also fear loneliness and continuing our lives without them. If we hate them, we lose our relationship with them. Our reactions to their mistakes are always with understanding and consideration of their feelings. We care about them and that's because they have a special place in our hearts. We always try to understand their circumstances, psychological and social state. There must be a reason behind their wrongdoings to us. So we always try to be with them and make them feel that we care no matter what happens and we will not leave them! We also always expect them to change... In addition, we tend to greatly associate our identity with those close to us. Therefore, their failures or harms make us feel offended too. And in the end, our love for them, no matter how much harm they cause, may hurt us. Love and tolerance are stronger than any offense. But we should not tolerate bad treatment completely. It is necessary not to accept their bad treatment because that will greatly affect us and deprive us of our comfort and even happiness. So we have to make them feel that we love them and they must change their behaviors and resort to understanding and solving things with love and kindness ! ...

1. Double-double This is not a slip of tongue. It is a common phrase said to order a coffee with two creams and two sugars. It is a kind of coffee from Tim Horton, the most popular coffee shop in Canada. An example is “Could you order a double-double for me?” 2. Loonies and toonies To appreciate these two words, a brief history about them is needed. The Canadian $1 bill was replaced with a $1 coin in 1987. An image of a common loon was on stamped the coin. This encouraged our animal-loving neighbors to refer to the coin as Loonie. In 1996, the Canadian $2 was also introduced, and the words “two” and “Loonie” became a single term, Toonie. Example – “All I have on me is a loonie”. “I can get it for a toonie”. 3. Toque It is pronounced toohk’. Speaking of the very cold weather over there in Canada, a toque is actually a winter hat. It’s what others commonly refer to as ski hats or beanies. It is formed from a French word that shares the same meaning, “cap”. Some spell this word tuque’. Example – It’s too hot outside right now for a toque. Slang words.
